About The Position

Brighten Life Home Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized care that allows patients to recover, improve mobility, and maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes. As a CNA, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them achieve their highest level of function and quality of life. Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Recent clinical experience or CNA training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to meet employment screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Provide personal care, hygiene, and oral care services
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and bathing needs
• Take and record vital signs
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Document care provided according to the patient's plan of care
