About The Position
Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home healthcare services to individuals who have served our country. Requirements
- Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice

- Experience in Skilled Transfers
- Experience in Vital Signs monitoring
- Experience in Timely and Accurate Documentation
- Experience in Range of Motion exercises
- Experience in all activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene
