Requirements
- Current, active California CNA certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care while promoting residents' dignity, comfort, safety, and independence
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
- Follow individualized care plans and perform assigned nursing-related duties under the direction of licensed nursing staff
- Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team
- Accurately document care provided and maintain required records
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and other mobility needs
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support resident care goals
