Requirements
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pennsylvania.
- Completion of a state-approved training program for Nursing Assistants.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice To Haves
- Med-Tech Training and Certification will be provided free of charge within 90 days of hire
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and assistance to our residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
- Administer medications accurately and safely under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Document resident care and medication administration according to facility policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and personalized service.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized environment to promote resident safety and well-being.
