About The Position
Brushy Creek Post Acute is a 144-bed skilled nursing facility in Greer, South Carolina, featuring a unique campus with 12 cottage-style homes, each accommodating 12 residents with their own kitchens, gardens, and patios. The facility offers a structured, supportive environment that prioritizes teamwork and quality care, aiming to set CNAs up for success.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required)

- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Work alongside nurses and care team to follow care plans
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
