About The Position
We are looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing facility team in Maine. Whether you are an early riser who thrives on the energy of the day or a night owl who prefers the focused atmosphere of the overnight shift, we have a spot for you.
Requirements
- Comfort working in a 8 or 12-hour shift in a fast-paced nursing facility environment.
- A collaborative spirit and a "how can I help?" attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and specialized restorative nursing programs.
- Monitor vital signs and report any physical or behavioral changes to the Charge Nurse immediately.
- Safe transfer and ambulation of residents using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
- Assist with meal service and provide feeding assistance as needed.
- Foster a warm, supportive environment through meaningful conversation and companionship.
