Requirements
- Current State CNA Certification (Required).
- HS Diploma or GED.
- A compassionate heart and a reliable, professional attitude.
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and families
- A commitment to quality in everything you do
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of experience preferred (experience with medically complex patients is a plus!).
Responsibilities
- Monitor health conditions and be the "eyes and ears" for the medical team.
- Provide hands-on nursing care, personal hygiene support, and medication assistance.
- Assist with resident activities, community outings, and meal prep to ensure a fulfilling lifestyle for those we serve.
