Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Role Information Schedule: Full-Time | 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM Part-Time | 7:00 AM – 7:15 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM and 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM Location: Twin Towers | 5343 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45224 Who We Are Life Enriching Communities is a not-for-profit organization that provides exceptional everyday experiences for associates and residents in our vibrant senior living communities. Requirements

Current CNA certification
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of patience, compassion, and professionalism
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

Providing assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Responding to call lights and resident requests in a timely and respectful manner
Supporting residents’ physical and emotional well-being in accordance with care plans
Maintaining a positive and calm environment that promotes resident dignity and rights
Encouraging residents to maintain independence whenever possible
Following safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
