About The Position
All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team on a Full-Time basis. As a CNA, you will play an important role in providing hands-on care and support to our residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Current California CNA certification
- Ability to provide quality care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior skilled nursing or sub-acute experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Take and document vital signs as directed
- Assist with meals and hydration
- Reposition and transfer residents safely
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow infection-control and facility safety procedures
- Promote a respectful, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
