Requirements
- Valid CNA license in the State of Maine
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dedication to upholding high standards of care
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Collaborating with the nursing team to develop care plans
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

- Sign-on bonus: $2500 total ($500 after 520 hours worked, repeated three times, totaling 1560 hours)
- Stay-on bonus: Additional $1000 after another 640 hours worked
- Shift differential: +$4 for the second shift and +$5 on the weekends
