About The Position

Oxley Park Health & Rehab is hiring a part-time, night-shift Certified Nursing Assistant. The CNA provides compassionate, patient-centered care and supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, while building meaningful relationships with them. The role is part of a non-profit, mission-driven organization and involves working with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to provide care in a respectful, supportive environment. Starting pay is $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
