About The Position

MorseLife is offering a CNA training program designed to prepare individuals for success on the Florida CNA exam. This program provides a pathway to becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant with one of Florida's leading healthcare organizations. Participants will receive comprehensive training and support to build a meaningful career in senior healthcare. The program includes a refundable registration fee and a sign-on bonus upon successful completion of the exam and employment.

Requirements

• A passion for caring for seniors and a desire to become a CNA.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience and strong interest in healthcare.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and be open to evening and night shifts.
• Must have an appointment to join a session.
• Requires a background screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Accompany residents to appointments and activities.
• Report resident needs, conditions, and changes to nursing staff.
• Practice safe, efficient care while maintaining confidentiality and dignity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile.
