Great Benefits Package Available. Wage is $25.95Hr - $29.98Hr based on experience. Shift Differential: $3 Weekends (6am Sat-Mon 5:59am). Vista Prairie Communities is looking for Part-Time Flex Certified Nursing Assistants. As a dedicated Flex Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for traveling to multiple VPC communities and assisting residents with activities of daily living and health related services to maintain their physical and emotional well-being. Some of your key accountabilities will include providing customer service, following delegated tasks, and providing resident care. Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Minnesota or Wisconsin
- Candidates must be eligible and willing to obtain CNA reciprocity in the neighboring state to support Flex assignments across both Minnesota and Wisconsin communities.
- 1 year of training in health-related disciplines and/or experience.
- Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must have a valid state driver’s license or reliable source of travel.
Nice To Haves
- CBRF training is preferred but not required. Candidates who are not already CBRF trained will be put through the required training upon hire.
