About The Position

Waterman Canyon Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their dedicated nursing team. This role is essential in providing high-quality, hands-on care to residents while supporting a positive and collaborative clinical environment.

Requirements

  • Current California CNA certification in good standing
  • Ability to work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused

Nice To Haves

  • Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
  • Measure and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident care environment
  • Support resident comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being
  • Follow all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control procedures
