About The Position
We are looking for a caring, outgoing, and energetic nursing assistant to join the team. This is a rewarding work environment offering an opportunity to enhance and make a difference in residents’ lives. Available schedules include full-time third shift (6 p.m.–6 a.m.), a Weekend Warrior schedule (Saturday–Monday), and part-time second shift (6 p.m.–10 p.m., five days per week, including every other weekend). Starting wages range from $16 to $18 depending on experience, with final rates determined by the hiring manager at an interview. Third shift receives an additional $2 differential, and Weekend Warrior receives an additional $5 differential.
Requirements
- Ohio State Tested Assistant credential.
Responsibilities
- Ensure residents’ personal care needs are provided for with an emphasis on quality, compassion, and timeliness.
- Ensure residents’ medical needs are addressed through the delivery of quality nursing care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant physical environment.
- Ensure residents’ nutritional needs are met in accordance with the established care plan.
- Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
