About The Position

Senior Helpers of Holly Springs is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for meaningful one-on-one work with seniors. Unlike traditional settings, you will work with one client per shift, focusing on building a real relationship and providing genuine care. We are a locally owned husband and wife team that respects and supports our caregivers. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus and competitive pay based on experience and shift type. We also provide same-day pay options, mileage reimbursement, paid orientation, ongoing training, and caregiver referral bonuses. Our supportive office team is always available to assist you. We pride ourselves on matching caregivers with clients close to home and offering flexible scheduling. Most caregivers start part-time and can build to a full schedule quickly as we are growing rapidly.

Requirements

• Active NC CNA certification
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Commitment to a minimum of 25-40 hours per week
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to pass TB screening, background check, and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dementia, Parkinson's, or other complex senior care needs

Responsibilities
