About The Position
CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide registry of healthcare professionals that connects you with clients that fit your schedule, preferences, and goals. Whether you want steady recurring shifts or per-diem flexibility, you stay in control of how much you work while we handle the match. Once onboarded, you'll work alongside a dedicated Care Advisor team focused on finding you the right matches based on location, client needs, and your availability. We're currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personal care and clinical support to patients across a variety of care settings. New graduates are welcome!
Requirements
- Active CNA certification or license
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 2 months of nursing assistance experience
- Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster
- Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
- Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
- Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shifts
- Must pass a background check
- Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam
- Additional documentation may be based on state law or client contract
- Some training requirements may be needed prior to accepting shifts

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning
- Aid with physician-ordered medications that are ordinarily self-administered, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
- Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
- Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
- Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding any case updates or changes in patient condition
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
- Transportation and errand support
- Hospital discharge escort — safely accompanying members home after discharge
- Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits
