Requirements
- Current CNA certification in Minnesota
- Ability to work as part of a compassionate, mission-focused team
- Strong communication and reliability

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support mobility, comfort, and safety needs
- Observe and document resident conditions
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Promote dignity, respect, and person-centered care
