Central Gardens Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team for a Part-Time NOC Shift. Requirements
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work the assigned Friday and Saturday NOC schedule
Nice To Haves
- Experience preferred, but motivated new CNAs are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality daily care and support to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and meal service as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents and staff
