This role requires an active Montana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing. The ideal candidate will possess current BLS certification and demonstrate proficiency in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, transfers, and personal care. Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills are essential, along with the ability to recognize and promptly report changes in resident condition.
