About The Position
Sampson Regional Medical Center is searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Emergency Department! The selected candidate will perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients of all ages under the direction and guidance of professional and nursing personnel.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- High School Diploma required.
- Medical Terminology knowledge required.
Nice To Haves
- Unit Secretary experience preferred, including clerical and computer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assists with cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Assists in the Emergency Department as a circulator.
- Provides transportation of patients to radiology and other units.
