About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities to promote their comfort, dignity, privacy, and independence. Requirements

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
