About The Position
Butterfield Trail Village, a premier retirement community in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their Skilled Nursing team. Requirements
- Active Arkansas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- In good standing with the Arkansas Nurse Aide Registry
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing outstanding resident care
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Long-term care experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals
- Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Take and record vital signs as assigned
- Observe residents and promptly report changes to the nurse
- Respond quickly to call lights and resident needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, compassion, and respect
