Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Iowa.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
- Support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and team members.
- Document care provided according to community standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, team-focused work environment.
