About The Position
NurSelect is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide residents and patients with high-quality nursing care for our partner facilities. We are looking for dependable, hard-working, and committed individuals who prioritize great patient care and teamwork. We are currently hiring for Per-Diem - Day, Evening, and Night Shift CNAs in Lancaster, Manheim, and Palmyra.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification
- Minimum 6 months Skilled-Nursing/Long-Term Care or related experience
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Motivated, hard-working, and caring attitude
- Resident-centric mind-set
Responsibilities
- Adhere to specific procedures and programs per the facility's request.
- Coordinate work within the department and with other departments in the organization.
- Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor.
- Respond to inquiries or requests for information.
- Assist the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations.
- Provide routine daily care to assigned residents, including personal hygiene, meals and nutrition, safe transfers, and assisting with maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
