About The Position

We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on an on-call basis, with availability for AM, PM, and NOC shifts. New graduates are welcome, and we provide a supportive environment for career launch. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, providing clinical support, documenting care, advocating for residents, and collaborating with colleagues in a high-end, renovated setting.
Requirements
- A valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in California.
- A compassionate, "resident-first" attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative, high-standard environment.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and engaging them in daily activities.
- Taking and recording vital signs and assisting nurses in implementing personalized care plans.
- Providing accurate and timely documentation of the high-quality care you provide.
- Ensuring resident needs and desires are met quickly, appropriately, and with a smile.
- Interacting with and supporting your colleagues.
