About The Position
Bridge Crest Post Acute is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality resident care as part of a supportive team. The CNA assists residents with activities of daily living and personal care, takes and records vital signs, supports mobility and transfers, communicates changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team, and follows care plans and safety standards. Requirements
- Current CNA certification.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide personal care with dignity and compassion.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
- Communicate changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team.
- Follow all care plans and safety standards.
