About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are needed for flexible home care shifts. Right at Home is urgently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about providing compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This CNA position offers more flexibility, meaningful one-on-one client interaction, and a schedule that works around your life. You can choose the shifts that work best for you, whether you're looking for a few extra shifts, weekend hours, or a consistent part-time schedule.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving, home care, senior care, or healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Providing mobility and transfer assistance
- Helping with toileting and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
- Providing medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation, errands, and appointments
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
