About The Position

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a contract assignment in Amsterdam, NY. This opportunity is ideal for CNAs who are committed to consistency, professionalism, and delivering high-quality patient care. Contract employees who meet full-time schedule expectations throughout the 13-week assignment are eligible to earn up to $27/hour, with potential for extension based on facility needs.

Requirements

• Active New York State CNA certification
• Ability to commit to a consistent full-time schedule
• Must have a working phone and be responsive to calls and messages in a timely manner
• Reliable transportation is required
• Must have confirmed housing prior to assignment start

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Support nursing staff with daily operational needs
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care at all times
