We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated care team. Requirements

• Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care

Nice To Haves

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental conditions
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility needs
• Maintain accurate documentation as required
• Ensure resident rooms and care areas remain clean, safe, and organized
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures
• Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and families
