About The Position
Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Piedmont, South Carolina. The facility offers a close-knit environment where teamwork is valued. The role of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) involves providing hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity in accordance with individualized care plans.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
- CPR certified
- Reliable, team-oriented, and compassionate
- Passion for serving an underserved population
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support resident mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Follow care plans and work closely with the nursing team
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
