About The Position

We are looking for a caring, outgoing, and energetic nursing assistant to join the team. The role offers a rewarding work environment and an opportunity to enhance and make a difference in the lives of residents. Openings are available for three full-time shifts: 6 a.m.–2 p.m., 2 p.m.–10 p.m., and 10 p.m.–6 a.m. Each schedule is 4–5 days a week and includes every other weekend. Wages start at $18 and increase with experience; the manager determines the wage at an interview. A sign-on bonus is available: $4,000 for full-time and $2,000 for part-time employees.

Requirements

• Must have a CNA license; include the registry number on the application or resume.
• Ohio State Tested Assistant credential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents' personal care needs are met with an emphasis on quality, compassion, and timeliness.
• Ensure residents' medical needs are addressed through the delivery of quality nursing care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant physical environment.
• Ensure residents' nutritional needs are met in accordance with the established care plan.
• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
