About The Position
As a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care as needed, supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being in our cottage-style care environment. Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus is made up of 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. We offer a structured, supportive environment where teamwork, leadership access, and quality care set us apart.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to remain active throughout shift
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Collaborate with nurses and care team to follow care plans
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
