About The Position
COME BUILD YOUR CAREER WITH VIBRA HEALTHCARE! We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team! This is a 13-week contract position with full-time hours, offering 12-hour shifts on either days or nights. Vibra Hospital of Central Dakotas, located in Mandan, ND, is a 41-bed Critical Care Hospital specializing in long-term acute care for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. We serve patients with medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a specialized hospital, we provide a fast-paced and friendly work environment where staff can build strong relationships with patients and their families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
- BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire.

Responsibilities
- Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment.
- Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.
- Recognizes emergency situations and responds.
