About The Position
CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide registry of healthcare professionals that connects you with clients fitting your schedule, preferences, and goals. Whether you want steady recurring shifts or per-diem flexibility, you stay in control of how much you work. Once onboarded, you'll work alongside a dedicated Care Advisor team focused on finding you the right matches. We're currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personal care and clinical support to patients across a variety of care settings. New graduates are welcome.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification or license
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 2 months of nursing assistance experience
- Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster
- Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
- Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
- Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shifts
- Must pass a background check
- Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam
- Additional documentation may be required based on state law or client contract
- Some training requirements may be needed prior to accepting shifts

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning
- Aid with physician-ordered medications that are ordinarily self-administered, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
- Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
- Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
- Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding any case updates or changes in patient condition
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
- Transportation and errand support
- Hospital discharge escort — safely accompanying members home after discharge
- Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits
