About The Position
Southfield Village, a faith-based, nonprofit community, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time evening shift. The role focuses on providing exceptional resident care in a supportive, team-oriented environment where people are valued over quotas. The community is committed to quality senior care and fostering lasting relationships with residents.
Requirements
- Current Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Passion for caring for older adults
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Promote each resident's comfort, dignity, and independence
- Partner with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care
- Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and positive living environment
