Requirements

Current CNA certification in the state of Utah (or ability to obtain).
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with compassion and professionalism.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift, move, and support residents up to 50 lbs as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nurses or supervisors.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe environment, following infection control protocols.
Support residents in transferring, positioning, and ambulation to promote comfort and safety.
Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
Follow state regulations and facility policies to ensure high-quality care.
