Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; successful completion of an accredited CNA training program.
Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a heartfelt approach to patient care.

Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
Monitor and document vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to nursing staff.
Help with patient mobility including transfers and positioning.
Maintain clean and safe patient environments, adhering strictly to infection control standards.
Build meaningful relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to foster a caring community.
Participate in continuous learning to enhance your skills and patient care knowledge.
