About The Position

BeeHive Homes of Broken Arrow is looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team. This role is within a warm, family-style assisted living and memory care community. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, providing stable and consistent hours. Requirements

Current Oklahoma CNA certification.
Compassionate, dependable, and reliable.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Experience in assisted living or memory care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs.
Assist with dinner service, hydration, and evening care routines.
Complete bedtime care, including dressing residents for bed, toileting, oral hygiene, incontinence care, repositioning, and ensuring residents are comfortable and safe for the night.
Perform resident rounds every two (2) hours, providing brief/incontinence changes, repositioning, toileting assistance, and comfort measures as needed.
Assist residents with transfers using proper lifting techniques and equipment as needed.
Observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition.
Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Engage with residents through meaningful conversation to create a positive, home-like environment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized community.
Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure quality resident care.
