About The Position

Colville Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide exceptional, person-centered care to residents. Openings include two full-time evening-shift positions, one full-time NOC-shift position, and one part-time position each on the day, evening, and NOC shifts. The role supports residents’ daily needs while helping create a warm, respectful, and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Hold a current CNA license in good standing.
• Be able to respond quickly and calmly in emergencies.
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Commit to maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality.
• Be willing to join SEIU775.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Support resident mobility and positioning, including transfers and range-of-motion exercises.
• Take and record vital signs, intake and output, and other health indicators.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs with compassion and urgency.
• Document care and participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Help create a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
