About The Position
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are at the heart of the care we provide at Dawson Manor Health & Rehab. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect. This is a full-time, day shift position in a non-profit, mission-driven organization known for the highest level of care in its communities.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible)
- A heart for service and a passion for caring for others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence
Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
- Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
