Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1- 2 years of experience required in assisted living or skilled nursing
- IL CNA License
- Three consecutive days of training that are required, along with completion of Educare training, prior to working any scheduled shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care, physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment for those residents living at Ridgeland Senior Living
- Assist residents with tasks of daily living as indicated on the Service Agreement/Care Plan, and other services as delegated by the Director of Health and Wellness
