About The Position

Lorien Harmony Hall is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join their award-winning team in the Assisted Living and Memory Care unit, Harmony Park. This role offers a supportive environment where contributions make a difference in residents' lives. The position involves providing compassionate, patient-centered care and assisting residents with daily living activities in accordance with established policies and procedures, under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Requirements

• Active Maryland CNA-I license
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Deliver hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing
• Ensure dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident
