About The Position
The Center for Human Development (CHD) is actively seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Direct Care staff member to join their team in Belchertown, MA. This position involves providing direct care services within a Medical Group Living Environment. The role specifically entails working in an intensive clinical group living setting that caters to five clients with complex mental health-related needs. CHD is dedicated to offering a wide array of high-quality, community-oriented human services, with a core mission to promote, enhance, and safeguard the dignity and welfare of individuals in need. Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Hold current CNA certification
- Written and verbal communication skills are critical, as is the ability to work with computers.
- All positions require a background screening including a CORI and motor vehicle record check.
- Ability to obtain MAP certification in order to maintain employment

Responsibilities
- Teaching ADL skills as needed to the individual served.
