We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. Requirements

Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program.
Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or outpatient clinics.
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support procedures.
Ability to perform catheter care when required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work compassionately with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including those with disabilities or developmental delays.
Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards essential for medical documentation and patient service excellence.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems like Point Click Care is preferred but not required.
Prior experience with specialized care areas including hospice, infectious disease management, geriatric care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity.
Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Provide specialized care for patients with conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or memory impairments in memory.
Operate patient lifts such as Hoyer lifts safely to assist with transfers while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols and sanitation guidelines in compliance with Level I Trauma Center standards or other specialized settings.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, therapists, and social workers to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.
