Requirements
- Current CNA certification
- Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents
- A willingness to learn and follow state, local, and federal long-term care guidelines
Responsibilities
- Answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs
- Assisting with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more
- Supporting residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs
- Documenting intake/output as needed
- Promptly reporting condition changes to nursing staff
- Building lasting relationships with residents and their families
