CNA - Per Diem
About The Position
We are currently hiring per diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support patients in their homes throughout Fairfield County. This flexible opportunity allows you to choose shifts that fit your availability and lifestyle while making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families in the community. As a CNA, you will play an important role in supporting professional nursing staff and other healthcare professionals by providing compassionate, hands-on care to individuals who are sick, recovering, or disabled in the home setting. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and activities of daily living, supporting health-related tasks, and helping to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients. This position involves traveling to multiple patient homes throughout the towns we serve in Connecticut across Fairfield County, the Greater Danbury Area and New Milford.
Requirements
- Active and valid Connecticut CNA certification
- Successful completion of the competency evaluation required by Home Health Agency licensure regulations
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable, insured transportation
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in home healthcare or hospice
