About The Position

Mountain View Post Acute is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care at its skilled nursing facility in Ellensburg, Washington. CNAs support residents with daily needs, promote safety and comfort, and treat each person with dignity. The role works alongside nursing and therapy staff and involves building relationships with residents and families. New CNAs are welcome.

Requirements

• Current Washington CNA/NAC certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• A caring heart, patience, and a team-first attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience; new CNAs are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist residents with meals and track their food and fluid intake.
• Keep residents safe and comfortable and treat them with dignity.
• Notify the nurse about changes in a resident’s condition.
• Document care accurately in the EHR.
