About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part-Time Evenings at Acacia Health Center. Acacia Health Center is a resort-style community in Northeast Phoenix offering comfort and care for seniors. Managed by Life Care Services, it provides an all-inclusive lifestyle and exceptional hospitality. The role involves providing direct care, assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), taking vital signs, and helping with treatments in a beautiful desert community setting.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training program.
• Current Arizona CNA license required.
• Valid CPR Certification with BLS and AED training.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and document care.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs, stand, reach, and assist with resident transfers (up to 125 lbs) and push residents in wheelchairs or shower chairs.
• Flu vaccine is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents.
