About The Position
Colonial Vista Post Acute is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care in its Wenatchee, Washington facility. CNAs help residents with daily activities, monitor and document their care, and communicate changes in residents’ conditions to nurses. The role involves working alongside nurses and therapy staff and building relationships with residents and their families. Full-time compensation is $22.50–$28.13 per hour based on experience, with additional shift differentials of $1 per hour for evening shifts and $2 per hour for night shifts. Requirements
- Current Washington CNA/NAC certification.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- A caring attitude, patience, and a team-first approach.
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience; new CNAs are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Help residents with daily care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Assist residents with meals and track their food and fluid intake.
- Keep residents safe and comfortable and treat them with dignity.
- Notify the nurse about changes in a resident’s condition.
- Document care accurately in the EHR.
